Hi! Thank you for stopping by.
I'm Jacek Piotrowski. I help business owners build automation and AI workflows that fit the way they actually work. A big part of that is helping them see through the hype and choose the right tools for their systems - even when things get complex and the options feel overwhelming.
Most of my clients come to me around the same moment. They've grown past the point where manual work holds together. Spreadsheets are doing too much, people are spending their days on admin that shouldn't need a human, and things are starting to slip. They know automation could help. They're just not sure where to start or what's actually worth doing.
If that sounds like you - I might be able to help you.
How I build
I work with a range of platforms and what I pick always depends on the goal. Make and n8n for logic, Airtable and Supabase for data, a bit of Javascript where no-code isn't enough, and Softr when a client-facing interface is needed. I bring in AI tools like Claude and Gemini where they genuinely help - and leave them out when they don't.
After working with over 100 APIs across my workflows, I think most of the automation industry has the tool question backwards. "n8n is the only tool you need," "AI will run your business" - it's noise. Complex workflows don't get simpler because you picked the trendy platform. What matters is your goal first, then picking the tech stack and building automation workflows that will actually get you there.
What I believe
The businesses that approach automation process by process - with low-code and AI solutions built for their specific needs - will outpace the ones chasing the next magic platform. Automation is a marathon, not a sprint. And you want to run it with solid foundations, not quick fixes.
That's what I'm here to help you build. And I want to help as many businesses get there as I can. I've set myself a long-term goal: help 10,000 businesses automate the work their teams shouldn't be doing. Whether that's through 1-on-1 consulting, content that helps someone figure out their first automation, or building a team around this one day - the number is what I'm working toward.
A bit about me
After studying International Business at Poznan University of Economics and finishing my Masters in Management in Virtual Environments at Kozminski University - with a semester at Bond University in Australia - I started working as a marketing specialist, and later marketing manager. That's when I built my first Zap, back in 2017, when Zapier wasn't really on most people's radar. I'd also been running a freelance copywriting business since 2015 - seven years in total. Between the two, I got a solid understanding of how businesses actually operate - what their real problems look like from the inside, what they need, and where things tend to break down.
I shifted fully into automation about four years ago, working almost exclusively with business owners since. I've been automating my own work for almost 10 years.
I'm based in Warsaw, Poland where I live with my lovely wife. When I'm away from the screen, I'm learning to play golf (it's a never-ending lesson) and dreaming of one day playing in Australia - been a huge fan of the country since my semester at Bond. I used to train long-distance running but my knees had other plans - I still run weekly, just for fun now.
How I think about working together
I treat this as a partnership between peers. You understand your business better than I ever will. I understand automation better than most of your team probably does. We meet in the middle.
I won't push a platform on you because it's what I like to use. I won't automate something that probably shouldn't be automated. And I'll tell you when I think AI is the wrong answer.
If you want someone who will actually listen and help you figure out what to build, I can probably help.
